I had a phone call, he went on for a little while, and i cut him dead, i said if its going to cost me anything,its a no-no.. he said i will get to that part in a momoment,  lol... i said ok , thanks but no thanks!

Regarding backhanders and people who get the work first.........

how come whenever a new housing estate goes up in my area, i am the first to enquire, the first to leave all my details at reception.... and the first to cold call on the new tenants....

and never get one... not one!?
