Matt, where abouts is this property? and what pole are you using?
If it's within my area I'll happily pop along with you and see if I can reach it with the Gardner pole, which going from the pictures i have done a few like this.
BTW 7 days to go hopefully and the transfer of business will be completed.

Its local Neil literally just up the road; no worries I went up there again today and explained I was getting a longer pole shortly so if it COULD be done then it would from the ground once that arrives; but if not then it wont be getting done. Been using an SL-X. Thanks though mate.

Its cost £70 to get sorted.

Once that deal completes will you be relocating?

I just read your post regarding tiring of the boredom of the job, good to see you'll be keeping your finger in the pie and not going to be a stranger.

As Tim said, a 25ft (I think you've got the 22ft) should reach that from the ground.

Buy a set of multi-purpose ladders for about £50 from B+ Q OR Focus and you will find them great for conservatory roof cleaning and sloping roof's like this one.
