Office Cleaning - Dry on Contact Spray
« on: September 18, 2009, 10:10:23 am »
Hi,
Firstly can I just introduce myself. I am new to the board.

I represent SaniGuard (based in Chorley, Lancashire). SaniGuard have produced the Worlds first dry-on-contact anti-bacterial spray. The spray is ideal for use on work surfaces, childrens toys and keyboards.
This makes the product ideal for Office use. Cleaning firms could have the opportunity to be different from their competitors by offering to clean office keyboards.

The product protects from Swine Flu and E-Coli.
We currently have a website called mistersterile (a name you wont forget), if you wish to see a demo of our products. We also provide a video demonstration (with test) of effectiveness of the product when used on a keyboard.

I am wary of posting a link on the site so early. If you wish to get in contact send a message or view the site on my profile.

Thank You for your time

Do you actually have certification to proove it to be effective against swine flu ?

I was thinking the same.  I googled it like mad and couldn't find anything that said it actually works apart from stuff from the company itself.

On the surface it looks good though and I could envisage selling the fogging system to commercial clients who have had a case of swine flu amongst their team or who want to prevent it but I'd need to be confident it actually works, as swine flu is a virus not a bacteria.

Hi

Been tio the website and I have a few questions if I may?

1. How come it takes 20 mins to disinfect a room, when there are other tested products that can do it in 1 min contact time in both clean and dirty conditions?

2. Is the product a thermal fogging application?

3. Do you have the test data to back up the claims on you website that it kills all those bacteria and virus's and can we see it please?

I have to be honest and say that I feel that £13.69 per can for a one time application is very expensive. I have a mini fogger and can decontaminate an entire house in about 3 mins, product cost would be pennies (although the fogger cost £200) but it has already paid for itself with work already carried out.

Look forward to the answers, thanks for your time.

Regards
