Get yourself some of these

I bought some last year and they are absolutely brilliant. Light warm, water repellent breathable, and so comfortable. I will definitely buy some more.

Won't last 5 minutes.

Sorry.  But true, face it. You probably have to assemble them on your own as well.

If you get them wet they are dry again in 20 mins.
I wore mine all last winter, and they are still as good as new, although my Mrs sewed the crutch up once but I'm a fat git.

I'll second that! Got a couple of pairs last month and for the price you can't beat them. Ideal with winter on the way.

I got these last year, a full suit

http://www.britishthermals.com/Mens_British_Thermals/Mens_All-In-One_Thermal_Suit_in_Colour_White

Only problem with them being a full suit was if you needed to take a dump you had to get undressed.
But they were very warm.

Great - I'll be in Lincolnshire so will look out for an Aldi near Lincoln or Sidiothorpe.

Travelling from Kent to do a couple of window cleans - my two daughters!!!  plus a few other jobs no doubt.
