Just the outsides?

I did some on a 3 bed detached for £70 inside and out and i probably wouldn't do it again  for that cheap.

I'd say at least £25 per inside, £20 per outside so about £90. I only did a few though so don't take my word for it - be interested to see what others are charging.

Even at £70 my customers were suggesting i was overpriced, so i just stopped doing it.

I do outside of gutter only and fascias and charge 50p a foot for groundfloor (ie Bungalows) and £1 a foot for 2 storey houses.
Very quick with a wfp. If you havent got a wfp you could buy one of those extendlable caravan cleaner poles from pound stretcher and connect to the customers tap. Make sure you ask them first though!
