little tip.get the customer to text you when paid so you can identify their payment online if they dont show their reference until you get a paper statement through the post!

hsbc 2.50 ish plus vat, but i set it so that if the balance goes bellow an amount i get a text allert for payments in and out, it is like a mini statement kind of thing, worth it for me, any bad activty if ever you know straight away, custards paid you know
