think i have asked before looked back but cant find it..
what is the health and saftey requiement of climbing a ladder unaided.
oh have heard the one....well the length of the ladder mate...lol

9mtrs or sumat and you have to have one foot on a rung at all times

Check your insurance because mine only covers me to 15ft..........Checked the small print not so long ago.
Shame coz I bought a 50ft pointer to keep up with you wfp boys....
!!

6-9 meters your supposed to have someone footing the ladder. Not supposed to work at above 9 meters on a ladder. Under 6 meters and you can work as long as it is only for a short duration on the ladder at any one time. Some would also argue that you need to prove that there is no safer way to work the job other than a ladder.

ok its clear as mud but 6m looks to be the max then up to 9m with the ladder footed and attached to the building.
so my 3mtr double is well within the limits and my 4mtr goes to about 7.2 and by the time it comes out from the wall 1 or 2 mtrs still ok
anything higher i wfp
