Mick since having the pressure washer I certainly make more money on the plastics than window cleaning, but the work isnt frequently enough to do that fulltime.
£5 per metre for the guttering and fascias, everage house £80-£90 for about hour and half, I could do it in 1 hour but dry and drag it out a little, don't want to look like I'm taking the p%^*

A lots of the vents I've done have been ful of black dust/muck which has dripped out for ages.  Not sure how to overcome this problem - apart from keep away from them!
