van for sale. Might suit newbie...
« on: September 05, 2009, 11:22:34 am »
i am selling my 2002 LDV Pilot, quite low milage, I have kept it well maintained.

Wouldn't suit all you millionaires, ;) but might do someone a favour. Used to have 650 litre water tank etc in the back. Happily goes along the motorway when required (twice a month for me) even when fully loaded up.
Good reliable van, only selling so cos I 've bought a five-seater van so I can have the privilege of picking up the kids, and can put the bikes in the back and go camping with all the family

Ebay item no 190331476954

Good van that LDV sparklebright.

Out of interest what 5 seater did you go for and what size tank does it take? The reasons you gave for getting it ring a bell with me when my lease comes up in Nov.2010.
It's a game of three halves!

Another LDV pilot actually, a crewcab, though it wasn't the best buy I've ever made ::) Bit rough this one. But it was very cheap

I can just fit my old 650 litre flat tank in the back, with my hose coming out the side door.
Will be changing to an upright 500 litre black tank when I have paid my tax bill
