I have the 35 as well and the only problems I have encounted is the hose that goes onto the jets kept on coming free, and the brush head kept on un-screwing itself from the pole.

The rest is perfect and I will be ordering another 18' one next week.

Is the hose coming off the jets or the 'Y' piece?  With regards to the unscrewing, are you using an aluminium gooseneck?  If so, a couple of wraps of insulating tape on the male screw thread of the pole will cure this.

these are great poles best on the market well i think but i have had to glue all the clamps and end screw and it looks like they are made from different carbon because i have 2 of them and the 35 is wearing down faster and iratates my hads lol will need to wear gloves :-\

I'm sorry that you are getting hand irritation. All I can think is that there must have been some stray fibres from production in the pole. It may be worth hosing the inside of the pole down to remove anything else that may be there.

The hse that comes away is from the Y piece to the jets, I have found this happens all the time on new brush heads, they really need o clips.

I have the plastic adapter (which snapped last week and needed replacing), the end of the pole looks like aluiminum so I will try plumbers tape, as I do not want to glue incase the adapter snaps again.

The jet hose will need pushing on a little further. To do this dip the ends in boiling water and then slide onto the 'Y' piece.

A couple of wraps of insulating (electrical) tape around the male metal screw thread will usually do the trick if a gooseneck will not tighten up.

The hose was pushed to the end but it still came off, it could be because my water pressure from the pump is set to maximum and this pushed the hose off the jet.
