Quoting on a couple of OAP homes tomorrow, not done this before

All external clean WFP, and internal entrance door and common/sitting area for the OAPs

Do you quote by window or hours it takes

taking into count the sticky buns and cups of teas offered!!!

Cheers

by oap homes do you mean individual houses with a couple in, or big homes with lots of oap's in?

if the residents have to pay themselves keep it reasonable say 75p per window unit depending on access. if its a job lot with one billing, screw them real bad charge the earth say 75p per window unit then add 40% extra. steer clear of oap's with medical problems, or you'll become an expert before the days out.

also big tip. if your teacup tastes of sterodent its the one she keeps her teeth in ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Tony,

Thanks for the tips it is going to be for a housing association that may lead to other sites

So still go for the 75p per window is that the internal clean as well

Forget the sterodent im concerned about the bromide in the tea cups"frisky frisky"

once again thanks

no! double the price for the insides. or else you'll end up working like an idiot for nothing, theres no point getting the work if you can't make a living on it.

watch out for the old biddys they can move quicker than you think, make sure the previous wc is not being held captive tied to a bed and being beaten with a damp scrim, you never can tell  ;D ;D

good luck

If they pay individually add a quid per flat as it's a right pain waiting for Doris to hobble off on her zimmer for twenty minutes!
It's a game of three halves!
