How fast can you unblock it? How do you intend to do it? Is it blocked in the swan neck or further down.

If it's bad and you have to dismantle it then it's going to get pricey. Cleaning windows is far more straightforward.  :)

I charge a set fee of £40 for emergancy unblocking of a down pipe or gutter. if its not part of the plastics clean I'm already on then £40, if call me to do it I charge £10 call out fee.
Thats just what I charge different guys charge different prices.
Reaching parts traditional window cleaners can not reach.

If im on the job, probably 10-20 quid, depending on difficulty.

By the way if its a soil pipe (poo what is that!?). Then you times it by 250 ;D

Even worse if it's blocked all the way down into and including the drain below. Did one a few months back that hadn't been emptied in 25 years. Had to dismantle the downpipe that ran into the ground and clean the drain out as well but thankfully I allowed for that in my quote.

And a tennis ball is often the culprit.
