Why buy a round! There is so much work out there, we have always had more than we can possibly handle. Only ever bought one small patch to prevent someone else buying it. Also it could be worse to take over a round and then find you have to go to a lot of trouble repricing it, than do start out yourself and make your own prices. After all the seller will be parting with the jobs for a reason.
