Jason sweetheart don't get your knickers in a twist, it was you who was shouting from the rooftops about the great service of paying for next day delivery and getting it 3 days later.
if the post office told you themselves that they were unable to deliver it then fine, or was it facelift who told you that the post office were unable to deliver it ? if so then thats a porkie in my books.
if the post office are unable to deliver they send the package back after 7 days if its recorded delivery so somethings not quite right here ? and no communication from facelift to say there will be a delay is not good.
I wasn't attacking you on your customer front I was merely making a comparison so I will re-word it if I call my customers up the night before a clean to say I will be out the next day ( which I do ) and then arrived to clean 3 days later I know they wouldn't be praising my service far from it.
as to what has it got to do with me anyway ? well if you post on a forum then I and everyone else are entitled to reply to that post and give our views, thats how forums work my learned friend.
So don,t take it personally and get all defensive when someone doesn't agree with you regarding a service that you have been over charged for.
