When I started out I used a 405 estate and my accountant claimed 3/4 of the cost of the running of my car for business.
It would be best to talk to an accountant.

you can either keep a record and work out your % split between personal and biz use
OR
40p a mile
most accountants will advise you on the 40p a mile
