What hoses do you use for your wfp ive seen both coil hose that runs over the pole so theres no trailing hose and the normal straight hose,so who uses which, let me know the best way please.  ;)

Best way is watever suits you, I think the coils will make the pole slightly heavier and get in the way of extending/lowering. I use small bore 1/4" outside the pole flexi pipe as I change poles quickly using the Unger elbow but I know Glyn (OMNI)has quick release fittings. You could always wrap the pipe round the outside but I never do....
They are using outside the pole supplies in Holland.

Just bought 100m 1/4" hose on a reel at the show yesterday, had a play with it this afternoon and it seems excellent, very compact, and cheaper than standard hose.

I use the clear stuff from B&Q (or similar, like petrol hose from my local farm supplier)....an extra 35 metre extension to the pole.....works great....though is prone to splits through work hardening....to get round this...I constantly change where the pole is collapsed down and put back on the roof (ie: not always fully collapsed)  This saves stress areas, especially during cold weather. Apart from that...it's great...and anyway, it's cheap enough and light enough to replace every few months or so....or as necessary. I found the big hose too bulky and heavy to drag around....
