Student flat cleaning
« on: April 29, 2009, 07:48:37 pm »
I have been asked to provide the cleaning for 2 blocks of student flats the first has 10 units comprising kitchen/living area, a bathroom, a wc and four bedrooms.
The second comprising of 8 flats of 5 bedrooms each. Each flat has a dining kitchen, living room, shower room and wc.
The cleaning spec is very thorough, to save time we are talking show home standards thats the  best way i can describe the list i have been given.
Anyhow could someone advise me on pricing we usually work on an hourly rate and as of yet have not done full blocks.
We are located in the north of england.
A rough price per flat based on your experience would be wonderful.
Cheers.

I would say £500 per flat mate.

Hi

Well if it's like the student houses we do, usually 4-5 bedrooms, each one can take up to 16 man hours, students aren't the cleanest of people (I'm being polite)
Make sure you see them before you quote as you might seriously under quote.
