Unusual Sized Plastic Containers
« on: April 13, 2005, 07:21:21 pm »
Is there anyone on the group who knows of a plastics container manufactuer that supplies and
makes containers of unusual shapes and sizes. The size I`m looking for is approximatley 24 x 14 x 6
( inches)  Perhaps even 30 x 16 x 4 ( inches ) . Web sites to look at etc. I`ve tried but hav`nt come
up with anything even remotley near as to what I`m wanting. Thanks for replies.

Hi Lewis,

I personally haven't a clue, but would like to know why you're so keen to get such a container your specific size.

Regards.

Tosh.

Hi All
I will make you one out of alluminium.
Do you want it to lay flat or stand up
Do you want it baffled or non baffled
Do you want it for vehicle mount or non vehicle mount
What type of access ports do you want and where
Answer the basic questions and I will give you a ball park figure.

Cheers

The reason for that shape and style/design I guess is for an elongated trolley system, which is
what I`ve got at present really.I`d like to try it more so if that were possible, hence the request
for those sizes.I personally find elongated type trollies  have more manoeuvrabilty than the ones
presently on the market.I keep going on and off with the backpacks, although they are `the way
to go perhaps`.Guessing it would be approx.35 liter capacity also, possibly more, possibly just less.
Thanks for the offer regarding the material to be aluminum, but just for now I`ll stay with plastic
if thats possible.Aluminium might be too heavy. If ya hav`nt a back pack how do ya go over gardens,
lawn and open plan areas,up and down steps etc.etc. etc. etc??
