Hey Chaps;
I almost always do the insides on all customers over here because we do the outsides only every 6 months on residentials.
I am an expert on insides.
We first of all raise the window; vacuum the tract out and clean it (the bottom tract of the widow sill), then close the window.
Lay down a tarp to protect the floor in front of the window.
Clean the window carefully; some times objects need to be moved.
Close and lock the window. Before all outside cleaned, the outside covering (called a screen) is removed and sat to the side of the window.
It will require cleaning with a hose and then wiped off.
Almost all windows have screens over here because we have bugs that fly inside.
If neccessary; treat with vinegar sprayed on windows; let it soak.
Scrub all windows really thouroughly and then squeegee off.
My plan as hiring a team is always a man for outside and a woman for inside.
I think the opposite from you; the inside is fast; The outside has all the stains.
The inside has always been my specialty because I am small and can squeeze in any display window; home window; etc.
I hate doing outsides. Too dirty.
For that reason a husband wife team is really helpful.
Hugs,
Texas Girl
