Forgot to copy this post to this section when I posted it on the window cleaning section last week. Lots of the available work is window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing but also some general cleaning, we still have some areas (counties) left:

As i've mentioned on a previous thread we are now receiving enquiries from all over the UK for lots of different types of cleaning.

Rather than sending my guys all over the country for large jobs or just wasting all the smaller job enquiries as the travelling is too much for us, I will now be looking to pass on these enquiries to anyone on here who is interested.

Rather than adding a mark up to each job you quote on, I will be looking for a set monthly fee, regardless of volume of leads, and you will then be given a set area. All our enquiries for that area will then be sent to you to do with how you feel fit. Each area is pretty large so although you may not get leads every day or week, you should expect a good few over a year.

Many of you may well mock this post as pie in the sky talk, but I'm already giving leads to some guys on here. There will be no contracts, it will be pay a month ahead, stop whenever you like if you feel it's not working for you. For more info email huw@seerclean.com and I will email you the list of areas and prices.

I hope the mods don't remove this post as advertising, because I've never advertised anything else before. I would just like to pass on qualified leads in the hope of everyone getting more work.

I've posted it in this section first, I will copy it to general cleaning tomorrow. We get enquiries for window cleaning, pressure washing, gum removal, cladding cleaning, cherry picker work, carpet cleaning, builders cleans, graffiti removal etc etc all over the country.

Bear in mind I've had a couple of cans now and was in two minds whether to post this or not, but I'm spending too much time lately searching for contractors in different areas, I would now just like to have a directory of guys I know I can pass work straight too. Thanks.

You can pass any work in the wigan and bolton areas to me mate. We are registered with trading standards and hold their highest five star rating. We have been trading for 3 years and have about 120 regular weeky happy clients. Builders cleans would be really welcome.

Hi Richy,

We do pass on a lot of domestic work to other companies in Cardiff as to date domestic services were not something we really pursued.

However, with two commercial customers going bust within a year of each other, we have decided to make a real effort to build the domestic side up and will be commencing a long term marketing campaign throughout South Wales in the coming months in the hope of putting a van or two full time onto it.
