Thanks for the replies, when i spoke to Expolink they said normally they dealt with companies with staffing levels of 70 plus, i asked for info on any systems they had for smaller businesses but so far no joy.
I would estimate 70% of the price was a one off leaving 30% has renewable i.e. licence and support package.
I do think that their needs to be some form of control in place, although it won't eradicate all fraudulent time claims it will make your staff wary of trying it on.
Before anyone jumps in says what about surprise site visits , i do these
If i can't find a system to suit my requirements/budget i will simply purchase a second mobile have staff ring it on starting/finishing from the clients phone leaving a voicemail message. I have sounded out my clients they have all been positive about my suggestions for monitoring staff working hours.
