We send reminders every 6 months to our customers. This is done in the form of a standard a4 letter reminding the customer of our number and any special offers we have etc...
I see from searching this site that lots of you use the postcards or newsletters on average every 3months or so to keep in touch with customers.
Is this on top of sending out reminders or do you incorporate the "reminder" into the postcards and newsletters?
