two man set up question
« on: March 07, 2009, 04:16:57 pm »
set up my new system today.
i have one 100 psi pump supporting two hose lines one 100m  and one 50 m hose.   the flow controller needs to be on max to get a good flow to clean. is this normally the case or do i need to connect another pump?
         thanks Dave

You really need one pump per user so a two man setup would really need two pumps.

The flow controllers and pumps are only designed for 1 pole at a time.

In my other van we have a 100m and a 50m running off one pump and a digi varistream.

We only have to have it set at about 3

Although running 2 reels with one pump isnt ideal...it still works

I have a 2 man set up, use 2 pumps, what would happen if the one pump failed ? least if you have 2 you have the option to use 1 pump for 2 hoses should one pack up. for the cost of a pump is it worth taking the risk ?

We have a two man set up
two reels 100m on each all run from one pump
been running this since 2006 and no problems every day
all through a varistream
might have been lucky so far  :)
