The homepage has a very large upper third which contains a lot of blank space around the animated module. I would shrink it by a third (or move it below the main module or even remove it altogether) and make the phone numbers much larger with the home and mobile numbers centred on separate lines for ease of viewing.
The blurb is light grey but would achieve better contrast if black so readers with poorer eyesight can read it more easily.
Personally I would lose the payment page and remove the testimonials page until you actually have some!
To avoid spam get rid of you email address from the website and install a captcha api on the web form.
The font seems a bit thin and the word soffit on the first page shows the problem with creative fonts.
There is no meta tag for description, author, content, language. All of which will help your google rankings. The title has a divider bar in it which may act as a stop tag for web spiders. The title doesn't really say much about the service you offer and should be more content oriented.
Maybe a google map on the contact page and the google tracking api on the website just to bump up the ranking a little.
As an Ajax site written for word-press it has a nice clean feel and is easy to navigate. The main module with the animated slide show is really nice, the images are great and really should be the focus of the page not knocked down to the lower 2/3rds.
The what we do stuff is nice but each article terminates with a [..] which would suggest that there is more. However it would seem there isn't as there is no link to the rest of the text even when it says "read more".
The services section places a lot of emphasis on the health and safety but doesn't actually outline the benefits of wfp.
Just some things to think about as the site develops.
