Serious Mike, But before you jump on Virgin Airlines and move out here, like I said the most likely frequency is twice a year outside , once a year inside for a grand total for the year of 160 quid
One of you lads charging 13 quid a month will make roughly the same every year off the same customer
And also it would require an appointment for the insides and probably an appointment when we do the outsides
And it's unlikely that I would have another house in the vicinity that day

Hi
In Scotland and i would charge £15.00

Wee question why do people charge different prices for the same job ie some put a wfp price less than a trad price.

If someone cut your lawn with a scythe and someone else cut it with a flymo the price is the same as you still end up with your lawn cut. Its not an hourly rate we charge but a cost of the job
Cheers

For what you see in the pic and cleaned Trad.

If I had other houses in the street, £9 if not £12 or more depending on time taken to get to the property. A first clean price would depend on when they were last done.

I'm in South Essex

A really good subject! Reading through, it all seems a bit £10ish South and anywhere between £6-8 North. Quite a difference really.

Where everyone agrees is that it's 15 mins trad and 10ish wfp.

It looks a nice house to do...I'd love to have 10 of those in the same street.

Where this topic is so good is that it tells me that I'm working at the right speed and am pretty much on the money...a good comfort factor ;)

I do a similar front of a house for £7.00 and I'm okay with that, but I'm bursting with work, so I'd probably chance my arm at a £10.00 and if I didn't get the job, I've lost nowt.
