Fascia, soffits and gable end pricing
« on: May 18, 2009, 07:30:16 pm »
Hi all,

What do you charge for fascia, soffit and gable cleaning ? got a 5 bed detatched with a detatched garage that the custy wants cleaning.

Its not in bad state, but a little dirty.

Do you charge per metre or have a fixed price ?

probably looking at about 40 metres in total all round the house and garage including the gables i reckon

Normally i would just charge on how long i think it will take 5 bedroom house will probably take you 2-3 hrs to do properly, so charge would be around £120-£130.

My gutter clearing, fascia and soffits service is one service, I don't just do fascias or soffits on their own.
I charge £5 per metre for this.

Put a quote in for £90, so will wait and see what he reckons.

As he said its something he wants doing once a year, so i doubt it will be a problem price ( he does have a detatched with a nice beemer and 911 in the garage, both no older than 18months)
