Sounds to me you've softened up a bit with all this

poncey technology, you've probably turned from a bit

of a Whippet to a Porky pig from lack of ladder work.

Hi bill_sykes

I agree.

Obviously, only macho men go up ladders.

All that 'poncey' WFP stuff? They get big and fat. Can't beat the good old ladder work.

Only nancy boys worry about the risks.

Bunch of faries ain't they - those WFP twerps.

Glad I'm a big hard ladder man.

Fit, strong, and ready to fall off it at some point.

Good job I'm so strong and tough, otherwise the fall would hurt me unless I fell on my head.

A really great way to ease the pain on your lower back, in fact it will remove it completely!
Pay someone to do the work for you ;D The pain is of course transfered to your wallet :-\

go to your local BQ and purchase a tough leather builders pouch belt simply rest pole in one of the pouches this allows you to keep back straight you can also use your legs to operate pole giving your arms a much needed rest i find this a great help especially when using my 60ft pole

hi Bill

        Like your cartoon characters,lighten up

Rosskesava.Joking aside think your right about lack of

exercise adding to a bad back Since using a wfp ive

gained quite a few pounds & lost my fitness .Started

going to the gym & my back is much better , feel like a

40yr old going 18.
