Yeah actually , even though my wife likes it when I take the lead in decisions at home, it sometimes really annoys her when I'm in "work mode" (I prefer the expression "in the zone" ) and am telling her things that need to be done! I usually leave her to it  because she is really good at her job and does know what she's doing - but I'm still the boss and need to tell her where to go and stuff. Apart from that working together is great!
