is your gym just a local one off or part of a chain to a bigger company?
its just a local independent gym. But maybe they do do over 9k worth of business in a month, considering the average membership is like 30-40 a month..
Still i could still say to the customers they set up a standing order every month to save 20%, never know might work? I'll see how my 'reminder letters' go first..
