4 bed house

4 bed house using a portable extraction machine
4 bedroom landing stairs lounge study using 5 stage process no furniture house empty how long lads,plus how much.

John I recon every one will be a bit different on prices.

I yesterday did in a empty house: 2 bed, 1bed en-suite , Snug, HSL, Bathroom in a semi For £160
They are a FnF .
As I said there will be lots of different prices from different CCs

Just to let you know abilty i charge £160 for mine ,
not much diff mate.ps what does fnf mean probably being stupid.

What size rooms?
What state is carpet in?
5 stage process??
Vac if needed but rarely do it, pre spray and agitate, extract.
4 hours max @ £40 an hour =£160

For an average sized house with normal soiling and not covered in stains in every room.
