What sort of notes do you put through peoples doors to say that you have cleaned their windows?

Do you just write it out  on a piece of paper or do you have a printed one?

At the moment i hand write them but think a printed one would look more professional?

If anyone has a printed one that i can have a look at , it would be much appreciated ?

Thanks Guys and gals

Dave

I use Vista print biz cards, you just put on there what you want, on mine i put

Your windows have been cleaned today
                 by    your name

   next clean________ charge   £________

please make cheques payable to  NAME thankyou

21  ADDRESS -----------------------------------------------

tel 1234567                                          mobile 1234567

On the back i put
     other cleaning services on request

               conservatories & roofs
                   fascias & guttering
                    sofits & cladding

why not get your windows cleaned inside next time

Choose your design & colour and they look really smart, they cost about £5 per 250 when they have there free offers, you only pay postage & 1.99 for the back to be printed.
If my scanner worked i would post a copy but if you want me to send you one email me your address and i will put one in the post, waterbutt1@googlemail.com.

my brochures have my number on it and a blank area at the back, so I just right a quick note on the back and post that. Although I probably should come up with something better, because my writting is terible, and as you probably know my spelling too.

I have a A5 sheet with my name and address at the top and then it says

Window cleaner called while you were out

Then there is enough space to write my message

Third A4 size here and always bright colour so that when it sits on their kitchen work surface they will notice it among the junk mail and send it off quickly.
It's a game of three halves!

This is mine (close up the gaps)  I just fill it in as necessary, print them off on the computer a few sheets at a time
