Hi sorry to bore everyone with yet another price enquiry question. Just had a phone call from a lady who has asked for a 1 off clean for her son's house, this however could lead to a fortnightly clean she wanted to know my hourly rate but I charge per job so said I would have to see the house first as my pricing is based on how many rooms etc, she said its only a 2 up 2 down terrace but I said I still needed to see it before giving her a price. I am a lone cleaner & all my other customers are on a weekly basis are you suppose to charge more for fortnightly customers & 1 off cleans, if so what would you suggest? I provide all materials & was thinking of the £25 mark if she wanted to go ahead with the fortnightly clean,however I think it would only take around 2 hrs having been in these sort of houses before although I have never cleaned 1 he could on the other hand be a very messy dirty batchelor so I suppose £25 is quite a good figure, not sure about the 1 off though any ideas would be hugely appreciated as she is calling back somtime to arrange for me to go & see the house.Many thanks Nat.
