backwash

van mounted 40" RO filters and resin ? how do i backwash  :-[

at the pure end of ro you should have a tap on a hose.
Remove hose from di vessal first (as it eats resin doing this another way) open up the tap and it will flush, do this for 20mins, unless it is the first time you have used it than upto an hour or 2.
then close tap again to same position as before and run for another 5 mins (do this before you reconnect the resin as the tds will still be high (saving resin life is always good ;D )

it should have somewhere Dave, if not can see you changing membranes, follow the waste pipe up to the membrane, will be surprised if it does not have a valve/tap.
