For the guy's who wish to make there own Bio-diesel, I found this today in Northerntools catalogue

Its WFP all over again, taking something fairly basic and sticking a silly price tag on it.

If you look on Utube there is videos of guys telling you how to do this, with far more impressive looking system that they made themselfs.

There is very little cost advantage in bio diesel because the cost of the cooking oil is the same as buying diesel. Years ago when the taxis were running on it illegally it was half price.

You will actually be causing a bigger environmental problem by using new vegetable oil. The trouble with second-hand oil is finding it, as many firm are getting well paid to dispose of it into bio-diesel official networks.

on ebay for the bio diesel, quite cheap i recon, well cheaper than at the pump

I now paying 80p a ltr for my bio,just make sure you put a inline filter in first as bio is cleaner than fosil fule and cleans the tank out. :o
