the best way to up mains pressure

  hi all  new to window cleaning i have got a 650 ltr exel system and so far
  very happy customers but filling my tank takes for ever 400ltrs took 5 hours
  any info on wot sort of pump to up my mains pressure will be good
  mains or battery ?  and where to get one from any  advice would be good

Hi Robin.

Unless you have a real need to fill faster I wouldn't bother with a booster pump.

80 ltrs per hour isn't great but neither is it bad.

you need a booster pump mate if you want to up production.
most good wfp suppliers sell them.
Just make sure you get the right one that suits your system.
I have 40/40 r/o and boosted it produces approx 250-300ltrs per hour.
I push this into holding tanks (IBC'S) then I run a couple of vans ;D ;D .
If you only need 500-600 litres per day make it and store it
in IBC then use transfer pump to fill your van tank.

  thanks for the advise russ i have a spare ibc
  andrew i will give you a call on monday got a
  problem with my float valve when the tank is full
  it overflows yet operating the float it sounds as if it is working
  this is the main reason i thought of a pump cant get up every night to see
  if van is full of water
