If you dont get any system go to a solicitor and they will claim back any expenses for you in a no fault accident, if you were in the car at the time - is your neck/back hurting by any chance? ;) ;)

dont know m8 have to wait for there insurance to ring me tommoz as it was a company car that reversed in to it whilst it was parked out side my own home
still drivable but when it goes in for repair i dont want to lose money
thats why i asked if they hire these wfp out in a van if not they will have to pay my wages as well they will prob write it off as a new bumper will cost more than the vans worth only n reg combo but just had sign writed till i could afford another
oh well lets see :'(

Can you not take your system out of the damaged van and hire one and charge the insurer?

a mate got £2k for suffering whiplash as a passsenger in a car accident.  :o

It might be beneficial for you to look up whiplash on the net. If you think from reading up the symptoms that you might be suffering with it, go and see your doctor.  :)

Thats why premiums are so high, all these people blagging claims, its a joke, i knocked into a car a few years back and the muppet tried claiming for everything it winds me up big time....................ambulance chasers ::)

I was in an accident which was no fault of my own, in fact lucky not to have been injured any more, I got £3,000 insurance for whiplash.
