Do many of you have work through management companys if so.
Did they contact you or did you ask them to put you on there books?
How long do they take to pay?
How regular is the work?
Do you hold the contracts for long or do they change a lot?

I do lots for managment companys and have done for years,get the job look after them and you`ll struggle to lose them, these days it`s getting them to many idiots doing them for half the price.I new the caretakers on about 3 of them that i do and got others through the company when i got my foot in the door,i do them and get paid no later than about 3 weeks max it`s all down to how organised the admin dept is there not short of money just short of switched on people in the accounts dept.

Is it that time in the month again lol,next time i`m over Hankham i`ll let you know a couple of days before, i do a big domestic over there every 6-7 weeks.

The management companys your with did they contact you or the other way round.

Unless they get you through advertising you have to get 1 job and go from there,if you do a good job and there not happy with there other cleaners and your prepared to travel they might ask you to quote.Nursing homes and named companys are wanting to use the same company for all there outlets these days there was a thread about it the other day,i wouldn`t want to get into this as it`s a headache if it`s all spread to far apart.The best jobs are always got through word of mouth IMO.
