gloss paint off concrete floor

how do you guys shift gloss paint dried on concrete floor, turbo nozzle wont shift it.  2 sq mtres of it . :o

turps wont shift it as its dry!

paint on a bit of nitromose leave for five minutes and then blast of as normal, make sure your eyes and skin are protected and that their is no one near as the splashes can cause skin burns.
