My suspicions, Sherco, are that by asking the question and telling us what equipment you have, you really need some training first.
Take a look at theflooracademy.com

I have done the prochem hard floor course, but they didnt really cover stone or ceramics. Im a tiler by trade so i know what chemicals to use and not to use. And as i lay these tiles i want to push a mainteance program to my customers but dont know what the going rate is.

If you are just cleaning it as opposed to restoring then
£3-5 per square metre with a minimum charge to counteract small areas.

I’ve got a sprite 300, which is ideal for small areas want to swap.
