finally got my wfp 650 litre trailer last night, cant wait to get using it but i am a bit anxious about the mixed reviews on how the results of cleaning with it turn out, and how the customers view it. I have a really good rapport with all my customers but just dont want to lose any. And not had much practice wfp'ing!

SO any good advice from experienced wfp'ers would be nice!!

it going to be a step learning curv do top of frams and ronwd openers and glas move on to rest of windows then go back and give glas qik wash and reince  . when thers two top openers  move brush down & not a cross the center of openers as the bit in midel off ton it runs with muk , if i wos starting out agne i woodent have give custys a leter telling them that it mite not be prfet for 3 washes as thay sem to in spect with fin toth come,you will lose sum as thay dont like them left wet or youv left flor wet , over all thers no way id ever go back to laders , see if you cant go out with sumbody who all redy uses wfp

Change them over a few at a time to start with until you get used to things. Then as you get more confident increase the numbers.

Get as much practice as you can early on. Its more a case of being cack handed than anything else but there is a lot to get used to.

The hardest part so far is reversing the trailer lol. Did some friends houses today but took ages, wouldnt make any money at the speed i did! I didnt know when to stop brushing to get rid of dirt, did frames which were pretty dirty, then brushed window alot with alot of litres per minute, but do you only need to brush window once? or how do you know they are clean, how come some windows bead up and look rubbish and otheres sheet straight off? Its really a steep learning curve. Gonna perhaps just do one day this week of doing tops wfp and get lad to do bottom trad, wont move quick enough all week otherwise...

Change over slowly. Starting with your worst (least profitable) customers to gain experience and familiarise yourself with your new WFP gear. If you make any big mistakes then it won't be so bad losing your worst ones while you learn from your mistakes

start out slowly . do it properly and speed will come. average semi used to take us about 20 minutes when first started out, but never got a complaint . rinsed twice used too much water etc. now use half as much water and in half the time. never had a complaint about spotting and now do over 100 houses of all types of windows . practice and patience .

The answer to this is that there are two different types of glass - and the difference that we notice is exactly the behaviour of the water that you mention.
