Today we went to get a few bits from the suppliers.
We bought:-
1 14 inch mop sleeve
1 squeegie handle
A very small bottle of Ettore to try out
3 42inch unger rubbers
1 3kg packet of salt crystals
IT CAME TO £36 ................ I nearly had a fit.
Is it me or are the prices just going up and up and up.
Then at lunch time we bought 2 sandwhiches and 2 coffee's for £9
Then we put £30 worth of petrol in the van having put £20 worth in on Monday.
And then a shop customer moans about us doing 3 large windows, 3 small windows and a door every Friday, bearing in mind he's right on the coast and his windows get covered in salt, which is a bas*ard to clean off, and paying out £20 every 4 weeks. He drives a new Range Rover.
We're being ripped off.
