woman comes out downstaires flat

what are you going to do when it rains then?

and then walked off and got in van chuckling to myself, some people are so annoying

youve probley left her windows in a worse state than when you started,maybe she only cleaned them the day before,you should show her respect by either using ladders on the upstairs,cleaning hers for free or not doing the upstairs

That is a typical comment from a trad WC,they were in a worse state than before he started yeah right.If that was the case i`d have no work to do where`s the truth is i havn`t got enough hours in the day.

I'm Trad and wfp,

if what you say is true and all the water that runs from upstairs falls on the windows down stairs does that mean if you do a house you don't bother clean the down stairs windows because the drips will clean the windows all by them selves, I think we all know the answer to that one so before you all start trad bashing think about all the crap that the water take with it on to neighbours windows.

i would not do the upstairs flat unless i do the one below. i had this problem before on new build cleans.
you made the mess of dirty water run off splashing on her window you should put it right. no wonder window cleaners get a bad name

You know what I hope you got the job because this all comes down to attitude, the trad window cleaner does not deserve the job because he's not doing it right, but also to think that you can stick a load of water on someones windows that you don't clean and think it's perfectly fine I think is a bit unprofessional.

to quate window washers the other day he didnt clean frames when trad,you want to put your fancy kit away and have a week trad cleaning to give you a proper view of trad,people who pay extra get there frames cleaned,but most dont want to pay and its to much hassle to do for nothing

That`s the thing that gives you a massive edge over trad cleaners,since WFP the money gets sent almost straight away and you can just tell from the customer that they prefer it on the whole.I`m not having a dig at you as i do the odd job trad but unless your willing to take ages to do a job trad for time and results WFP wins everytime in my experience.

in my opinion the windows below will be fine, i do plenty of flats and no one has said anything before

im locking this as it has nothing to do with trad and wfp...i was trad for 4 years, and now wfp for 2...i mostly use wfp now, never trad off a ladder unless builders clean. i reakon im about 30% trad now
