Hi,

 hope you can help with my pricing of a job to be cleaned every 2 months.

There are 300 windows, over 5 floors, with 60 on each level.


Approx Heights are:

1st floor = 12ft
2nd    = 24ft
3rd     =   36ft
4th     =   48ft
5th     =   60ft

I will be cleaning them by WFP


Any ideas as to the price ?

how big are the windows?

if they are 4x3 then I would say approx £500 - provided there are no access probs.

any bigger then you need to price accordingly.

 i have just submitted my price of £550.00, along with 2 further quotes for 2 other jobs he asked me to quote for at £200.00 & £650.00


I clean 2 office blocks for his company and he turned up lastweek asking questions about our pole system, i didnt know who he was but explained to him for roughly an hour & BINGO, asked me to give prices for 3 office blocks.

They sre a very big company that own offices so keeping my fingers crossed, because they are not happy with the window cleaning company that they are using at the moment, so after watching me & my lads in action and me being able to explain Health & Safety in depth, i could be in there.
