WFP? Convince me!

We all here how much quicker WFP's are, but what turnover can each man in a team produce?

I'm not WFP, but I've done several houses in a street today, all with high (the double is on the top third rung) and big bay windows.

You know, the type you've got to keep on climbing up and down your ladder to get round them.  All the ground surfaces are uneven and I get 'Wor Lass' to foot each ladder move because it would be dangerous 'unfooted'.

She's complaining, because she's bored and cold, and I'm telling her to shut up because she's cheaper than a Rojak Ladder stopper (In the army, man-management was always been my forte).

I'm sure they'd be a peice of cake with a WFP!  Even if they were only for my difficult accounts.

As a direct result of going over to WFP, my turnover has gone up 5k.

This isn't as a result of new work being brought in as a result of WFP (although that is now becoming an increasingly relevent factor) I already had the potential in the round, but life became so much easier, Jobs I would have put off because of the weather for instance, now get done smack on time.
And on some of the big jobs, 3 storey offices that really took it out of me with trad methods, well, they were being done 3 times as fast and sooooo much easier ;D
So no more excuses, I really look forward to each day now ;D ;D

Within another 12 months my turnover will have increased still further, how much only time will tell, but its all down to the WFP.

Hey, spelling errors are okay - I'm only human - and there's a major grammer error in my post too.

I know on one occasion I was  a 'spelling and grammer Nazi', only once though, and the recipient deserved a good 'digging'.  I'm sure you'd agree if you knew what I was talking about.

Otherwise, it's the content of a post that's interesting, not spelling and stuff.

Good thread though!

PS.

When you say, "We all here how much quicker etc".  It actually should be 'hear', not 'here'.  It's easy to remember.  We hear with our ear! ;D

I've begun to notice this too Ian and I've only been wfp'ing for three weeks!

I do not like they way this thread is going.

I have deleted about 5 posts, and here is the reason why:

Recently I have noticed some members here posting messages that seem to have the deliberate intent to cause an argument.  This practice is called "trolling" and is nothing new.  Most forums you'll come accross have rules about it contained in their sign-up agreements, including this one.

Lively discussion is fine, but keep it respectful.  I will be deleting posts which I suspect to be trolling without explanation, and if a member continually posts things that I have to delete, then I'm afraid there is no place for them on this forum.

Trolling causes otherwise intersting threads to be locked and discourages other members from commenting, and that's not something that will be tolerated for very long.

We can all benefit from the experience of others with these forums, lets keep it civilised.
