Risk Assessment
« on: January 26, 2005, 10:30:24 am »
 :)

I would like to start pitching my business to Estate Agents but understand that I'm going to need to be able to supply a risk assessment as part of the package.  However, I'm not entirely sure what this is and what it consists of!  :-\

I'm pretty sure it's not a written synopsis of the war board game so any feedback would be most gratefully received.

Thanking you.

hi there,

if you search the forum then you will find risk assessments discussed, you will also find some documents, in the download area.

the HSE website, also details risk assessments, in detail

a risk assessment, is a work task specific, and should also be site specific document, that looks at the task, and any risks attched to that task, and then the identification or risk reduction, and the method to reduce the risk.

there you go

regards

martin

Thanks for your response - very useful.  I've also been on the 'phone to the FSB and they're going to send me lots of details as well.  Should be all clued up in no time at all.

Thanks again.
