When I clean an oven I deep clean it inside and out (including all racks and trays). If oven with a grill/Top oven  again it will be deep cleaned inside and out (including all racks trays and grill pans etc). If there is a hob this is cleaned and charged seperatly. When cleaning the outside of the oven be very carefull as on some models the lettering/ numbering are only tranfers and can be removed very very easily. Hope this helps. If you need some other advice feel free to ask or mail me

It depends on what your landlord is looking for - we tend to clean all the oven but charge for separate bits - so for student lets you will get the ovens in some properties and the hobs/ microwaves in others. We clean for lots of landlords in the student holiday season and we usually get a list from the landlord with addresses and we go around and clean the lot, giving a discount for volume.
