Never ignore the small jobs.....
« on: June 19, 2008, 05:32:08 pm »
Last week I had a call from a new custy and went to quote. Just wanted the stairs and landing doing, and had to be on a Saturday morning.

I did the job last Saturday for £45.00 (How many have a minimum higher than that I wonder?)

On Monday I had a call from the manager of the car dealership where she works, wanted a quote so I visited later in the afternoon.  He wanted two offices cleaning which I did today for £70. When I had finished he was so impressed with the result that I have now quoted for and booked to do the whole the showroom,  £320.00 and tomorrow will be quoting him for his own house.

£45.00 has turned into £435 (so far!)
Doing the best job in the world as well as I can

Phil, thats usually the way it works. You will be supprised how much commercial work you will get just from residential reccomendations.

Nice one. ;)

This has happened to me before you drag yourself out to a small job thinking is it really worth it, in the end it pays 10 fold, just go to every job do the best job possible and you will get the benefits in the end, well done  ;)
