Advise needed on commercial maintenance sheduling
« on: May 27, 2008, 01:17:05 am »

Hi there

As a new start i want to aim at some commercial cleaning work as well as domestic, i.e. hotels, B&Bs, nursing homes, Nightclubs, pub/restaurants.

I wondered what kind of maintenance shedule is usual for some of the above examples.

I understand a customer may have his own ideas on how often they want a clean, but it would help to have an idea from you experienced guys out there on whats the norm.

I know it depends on how heavy the soiling is but just as a rough guide for example a typical nursing home, pub, hotel, etc every 3 months? 6 months?

Would you normally be expected to give a written contract for an agreed maintenance shedule or is it generally agreed verbally?

Cheers Paul
