High Water User Rate

I've just noticed that on the South West Water website, they show a rate scale for large water users.

I you use more than 50,000 lites then a lower tariff's is shown.

Just wondering if anybody else has got onto a lower tariff's, and if so how easy is it to do so.

If I'm reading it correctly then a considerable saving could be made :-\
