I use ladders, though plan to be a WFP in the future.
However, there is only one small area where a guy who uses WFP and I cross. I've had three of his customers approach me over the past couple of months, asking me to do their windows.
At first I thought it must be Ian Giles (from this site), so said no and explained the benifits of WFP. But after to speaking to Ian, found it wasn't him - so have taken them on (the mercenary git I am).
Anyway, the third one asked me today. I asked what the problem was with his old window cleaner and he said, "He uses a pole with soft water or something, but when they dry, they're all covered in runs".
What's he doing wrong?
Oh by the way, I charge more than him. I know this because one of his ex-customers told me how much he charged!
Does that make poaching other WC customers okay?
